FAAWIS Bowling Fundraiser is Big Win

for Families and Free Medical Clinic

One hundred twenty five FAAWIS members filled the lanes at JB's on 41 to knock down some pins, scarf down some pizza, and support the PCCCF Free Medical Clinic. Throughout the March 28th event people were laughing and enjoying the good company of family and friends, savoring hot pizza and cold drinks, winning numerous raffle prizes, and sometimes engaging in good-natured competitition. In all, $761 was raised to support the fully volunteer staffed Free Medical Clinic.

All the kids have fun, pizza and medals!!!

A little competition livens things up, and awards were given to the top scoring bowlers in each category. The winner of the youth girls was Emma Canga with a score of 215. The winner of the youth boys’ division was Seamus Moloney with a score of 228. Lisa Severson was the highest scoring lady bowler with a top score of 362. Brian Schemenauer won the men's group with a score of 467. The overall first place team consisted of: Dr. Johnny Singson, Kyle Rogers, Brian Schemenauer & Cyril Azcueta.

The excitement ended with announcement of the 50-50 raffle cash prize winner, Mrs. Canga! Be sure to join us next year at JB's for another fun-filled FAAWIS event!
